Delivery Areas
We operate in Dubai, Sharjah and select Abu Dhabi neighborhoods. If your location is not listed, please inquire before ordering.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 6 PM qualify for same-day delivery. You can select a scheduled delivery time during checkout, though delivery time windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
Delivery Fees
Charges depend on the delivery location and are determined at checkout.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure the recipient is present at the delivery address. If unavailable, we will attempt to make contact. Extra charges may apply for redeliveries.
Incorrect Address
We disclaim responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Product Substitution
Due to seasonal constraints, flowers may be replaced with comparable varieties of equivalent or superior value, while preserving the design and color scheme.
