Delivery Terms
At Cataleya, we commit to delivering flowers in fresh condition, on schedule and undamaged.
Delivery Areas
We operate in Dubai, Sharjah and select Abu Dhabi neighborhoods. If your location is not listed, please inquire before ordering.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 6 PM qualify for same-day delivery, and our couriers run until 8 PM, seven days a week. You can request a delivery date when you place the order and our florist will confirm the time with you; delivery windows are approximate and may vary with traffic or weather.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is AED 40 across Dubai, AED 100 to Sharjah and AED 150 to Abu Dhabi. Delivery inside Dubai is free on orders of AED 700 or more. The fee is shown on every product page and again in the cart before you place the order.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure the recipient is present at the delivery address. If unavailable, we will attempt to make contact. Extra charges may apply for redeliveries.
Incorrect Address
We disclaim responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Product Substitution
Due to seasonal constraints, flowers may be replaced with comparable varieties of equivalent or superior value, while preserving the design and color scheme.
Delivery Confirmation
