You order on this website and pay the courier on delivery — cash or card. No card details are taken online.
How to Order
Add the arrangements you like to your cart, fill in your name, phone, delivery area and address, and place the order. You get an order number straight away, and our florist then contacts you to confirm the delivery time. You can also order by WhatsApp on +971 54 396 9669.
How Payment Works
You pay the courier when your flowers arrive — cash or card. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and we never ask for card details on this website. The total you see before you confirm, goods plus delivery, is the amount you pay.
Order Confirmation
Your order number and its own order page are your confirmation — they show what you ordered, the delivery address and date, and the amount due on delivery. If you have not heard from us, message +971 54 396 9669 or write to hello@cataleya.ae.
Pricing
All prices shown on this website are in AED and include applicable UAE taxes unless noted otherwise. Cataleya reserves the right to decline an order or to correct a pricing error before the order is confirmed.
