Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cataleya regarding your access to and use of the Cataleya website and related digital platforms. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms presented.
Intellectual Property Rights
The site's content — including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics — belongs to or is licensed to Cataleya and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
User Representations
You warrant that you have legal capacity, are not a minor, will not use automated access methods, will not engage in illegal activities, and will comply with applicable laws. Providing false information permits termination of your account.
Products
While we strive for accuracy in product displays, colors and specifications may vary slightly. Flower arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Stock availability is not guaranteed, and prices are subject to change.
Purchases and Payment
All transactions occur in AED. You must provide current and accurate information. Cataleya reserves the right to refuse or limit orders and to correct pricing errors.
Prohibited Activities
You may not systematically extract data, defraud others, circumvent security features, harass users, or engage in automated scraping or reverse engineering.
Delivery
Delivery occurs seven days a week. Responsibility transfers upon receipt. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellations made two business days prior receive a full refund.
Refunds
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds apply only for items delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective. Customers must report damage within 48 hours with photographs.
